Methods of Payment
We offer several payment methods to make your purchase convenient and secure:
- Bank Transfer: All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders will be shipped only after payment is received in the bank account of Torrefazione Caffè MAYA S.A.S di Rimoldi D & C.
- PayPal: One of the safest ways to pay online. You must have a PayPal account to use this payment method.
- Credit Card via PayPal: Secure and convenient, you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
- Cash: Cash payment is allowed only to the extent permitted by law.

Currency
All prices on the Web site are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT.
Conditions of Sale
- Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.
- You will receive an email confirming acceptance of your order.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel the order in case of software or human error (e.g., products with obvious wrong price). If we detect an error in the price of the products ordered, we will contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it.
Customs
For Countries Outside the EU: Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (EU) will include VAT if applicable, depending on the country of destination. However, you may be subject to import duties and/or local taxes, charged once the package reaches your country. We are unable to provide precise information on these fees and taxes, as they are determined by the customs office in the destination country.

Credit card and PayPal payments are made through the PayPal platform, ensuring the security of your financial information. We do not store your credit card or PayPal account details in our system.
