Account and Order History

Why can’t I find my user account on shop.mayacaffe.co.uk?

We created a new store to improve security and user experience. For privacy reasons, existing accounts registered prior to 06/21/2024 were not transferred. It will be necessary to create a new account.

What happens to my order history?

Because we did not import user accounts registered before 06/21/2024, order history was also not transferred. If you need information about your past orders, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. We guarantee full support for all previously placed orders.

How will the data entered into the old site be handled?

Personal data from the old site will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy and will be securely disposed of.

Shipping

What shipping methods are available?

We ship all our items by domestic and international couriers.

Do you make international shipments?

Yes, we ship to almost all over the world! You can preview the shipping charges in the shopping cart. By selecting the country of delivery, you can automatically calculate the shipping cost for your order. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will let you know the value of shipping charges for your order.

How long will it take to get my package?

In most cases, delivery of the goods will take between 2 and 7 business days, depending on the weight of the package and the delivery address.

Payments

What payment methods are allowed?

Payments can be made by bank transfer, PayPal account, credit card through PayPal or cash on delivery at our workshop.

Are online payments safe?

Yes, payment through PayPal is considered one of the safest methods of making online transactions. Credit card and PayPal account details are not stored in our system.

Orders and Returns

How do I enter the order?

Choose your favorite products, add them to your cart, and proceed to check out. You can do this as a guest user or as a registered user.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email info@mayacaffe.it as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you. However, if the package has already been shipped, we can no longer cancel or change the order.

Do I have to be registered to place an order?

No, you can shop as a guest user or as a registered user.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, visit the user page and enter your order ID (included in your order confirmation email).

How can I return my order?

For any returns or exchanges, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@mayacaffe.it, including:

  • Order number
  • Reference or name of the product you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for returning the product
